Free Worldwide Delivery
Every Xanthel ® order is sent with free delivery, worldwide. There are no shipping charges added to your order, wherever you are.
Processing Times
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 2 to 5 business days (processing and handling time). The order cut-off time is 17:00 GMT (London), excluding national holidays.
During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay to your Order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Where We Ship
We ship worldwide, within standard international postal parameters. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before ordering and we will be glad to confirm.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your Order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number usually becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, any customs charges, import duties, or taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, as these are set and charged by the destination country’s authorities and are outside our control. If you are ordering from outside the UK, we recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Items
We want your Order to arrive safely. If your Order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@xanthelasma.com and we will help put it right. Where possible, please keep the packaging and any damaged items, as this helps with any claim to the carrier.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights if Goods are lost or damaged in transit. For orders placed with us as a consumer, responsibility for Goods during delivery remains with us until they are delivered to you.
