What Is In Xanthel ® ?

All ingredients are stated on the container and the formulation has been manufactured conforming to ISO 22716 in a European laboratory accredited for own and private label (DNV Business Assurance). Xanthel is a Private Label Cosmetic Peel (COSMETIC PRODUCT) and neither medicines nor medications are contained in any of our formulations. All ingredients are listed in the European portal for cosmetics use and allowed without restriction. These terms and conditions have been already submitted to the local trading standard officers for examination in 2014.

Terms And Conditions – The Contract Between Us And You

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Xanthelasma.com, its officers, employees, agents, or suppliers. Xanthelasma.com, its officers, employees, agents, or suppliers must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Once payment has been received, Xanthelasma.com, its officers, employees, agents, or suppliers will accept your order and process your order utilizing the information you have given. Xanthelasma.com, its officers, employees, agents, or supplier’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us and you on these terms.

Terms And Conditions – Payment Details

Payment can be made by Paypal, any major prepay, credit or debit card or through an electronic payment account as explained on the order form. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in US dollars or UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion. Due to ongoing issues with the UK payment gateways, there is currently no payment option availabe to UK clients.

Terms And Conditions – Compensation For Lost Items & Damages In Transit

Compensation for loss, will not be considered for an item, that, the designated postal service has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 21 working days from receipt of the tracking number. After 21 working days we can offer a refund or replacement of any lost items. Refunds or replacements will be forwarded after 21 working days. Claims for damages to goods in transit will require the customer to provide photo evidence of the damages to both the packaging and the goods before

we can process your claim. A refund or replacement of goods will be made on receipt of photographic evidence.

Terms And Conditions – Working Days

Any day which is not a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, unless Saturday guarantee has been purchased, in which case Saturday is a working day;

Terms And Conditions – Availability Of Goods You Order

If we have not got the ability to get the necessary formulation ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund is made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order postal tracking number. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Terms And Conditions – As With All Products There Are Contraindications.

Do not use this product if you are currently using Accutane, Or have used Accutane anytime within the last 24 months, as scarring may result.

• Do not use if you have herpes simplex.

• Do not use if you are pregnant.

• Do not use if you are lactating.

• Do not use if you tend to keloid.

• Do not use if you are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation.

• Do not use if you are HIV positive or have AIDS.

• Don’t apply the product to areas where you have used hair removal products, have shaved, or used granular exfoliation products or buffing pads within the last few days. We need non-irritated skin for best results.

• Discontinue acid-based products, retinoids, acne skin products, granular products, and other exfoliators for 48 hours before application and for 2 weeks post.

You are solely responsible for the use and misuse of products offered and for all actions and consequences of that use or misuse. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.The survival of the clauses is necessary for the interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with their terms notwithstanding termination or expiry of this Agreement.

This Agreement represents the entire Agreement and understanding between us in relation to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior understandings and representations, whether written or oral. This clause shall not affect the parties’ rights.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany except for regulations regarding consumer protection. Consumer protection shall be regulated according to the laws of the United Kingdom. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German Courts to the extent this is permissible.

Clients need to be aware that by using our product and other specialized products, your skin will be more photo-sensitive than normal for a period of time. It’s recommended that you use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15, preferably SPF 30 or higher, after using specialized skin peel products. The FDA recommends using an SPF for one week post-removal.

If personal data is not supplied then a mild diluted broad spectrum basic formulation will be shipped to you. You have a 7 day cooling off period from the point of sale.

This products formulation is based upon a calculation of many varying parameters. Your submitted details are used to calculate which formulation best suits the removal of YOUR Xanthelasma best. You will be shipped the formulation which best fits your details category. We act solely as the supplier. All labeling is carried out by the Manufacturer.
